Registration Procedures
1. Complete and return the registration packet with the appropriate registration fee. This fee is non-refundable.
2. Complete and return the following forms prior to your child’s first day:

Physical Form

Medical Forms Packet

Immunization Record

Original birth certificate, passport, or hospital birth record must be shown to the preschool director or administrative assisant.
A new parent orientation and student orientation will occur at the end of August for our preschool students. We highly encourage all new families to attend the parent orientation as it will help to clarify our policies and procedures.
We will hold an ice cream social at the end of August for our School Age program. This evening will give the parents and students an opportunity to meet the teachers and the other students before the first day of school.
